There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB170(HES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Ryan objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 170(HES) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 170(HES) pass the House?"
